Tory Leather 1" Padded Halter with Brass Hardware

From the original Tory Leather - MADE IN USA. These 1" padded halters are made from English bridle leather with soft padding backing the leather. The padding has a soft, rolled edge that will not rub the horse's face. The halters also have solid brass hardware that will not rust.
