- This flexible, type III stranding, oxygen free duplex tinnder copper wire 18 gauge is rated to 600v marine grade wire. Insulation: Our 18 AWG wire is insulated and is perfect for harsh external heavy-duty marine wiring and other outdoor wiring projects. (Note: this is not aluminum wiring).
